The question of spamming and copyright is tricky.
So, short answer, you can do or post what you like. That is freedom of speech. D.Buzz does not have any auto - down voting in place for things like you asked.
The longer answer is that some may steal content and claim it as their own, or just re post the same thing, or spam or scam people, their post can get down voted and do. It's just not nice to post content like that.
With the question of ...
if I post a content from dBlog in dBuzz, the Hive blockchain will consider it spamming.
First, HIVE is a blockchain, and it does not have an AI that downvotes, or a code that automatically downvotes.. All this is done by people.
With that in mind, its Sorta gray...
Some people could look at it as vote farming if you just post the smae thing over and over again.. like you are not adding any new ideas or content, just posting the same thing (As d.buzz and blog.d.buzz are on HIVE).
SO ...
Are you just copying and pasting that content into D.Buzz from someone else? (If so, you need to cite your source) and add to it in some way. Not just post a link, or copy everything and post it with no reason as to why.... That is not adding value or new ideas.
Is it your own content? If so, again, cite it, say it's a cross post, and say why.
I personally don't see any issues in saying
"Hey I made this post about ...., you can read it here ......com, its cool and....
As that is new content, point to your original post.
Then again, if you post that same link, withoutout good reason, a bunch, yea.. That sorta looks spammy... but if its for good reason, like a supporting cause, then its ok.
Does this make sense?
Just make the comment look like it came from a real person, and give credit where credit is due. No tag spam where the post is just tags. No copy/paste without explanations. Keep these points in mind, and buzzers are OK, right?
