4 cups rice cooker
100 grams of ghee (you can use margarine)
6 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
5 cm ginger
5 cm galangal
1 lemongrass stalk
20 pieces of curry leaves
2 pieces of pandan
5 grains of cardamom
5 cloves
5 cm cinnamon
3 star flowers
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
Method:
Wash rice, drain.
Thinly slice the onion, garlic, ginger. Crush galangal, lemongrass.
Saute all the leaves and spices until fragrant using ghee, then add the rice. Stir well, until the rice is mixed with the spices and oil. Turn off the fire.
Pour the stir-fried spices and rice into the rice cooker, add water according to the amount of 4 cups of rice. Add salt and nutmeg powder, mix well.
Cook until done.
