What is One Roq vodka exactly?

One Roq vodka is a US based vodka company. I sit on the advisory board of One Roq and have invested in them numerous times since 2019. We have a membership club of over 5000 members. We have a direct to consumer model for the most part where people can buy vodka from our marketplace and we also have over 2000 other products from other brands available on our marketplace. Working to increase the amount of products offered and lower costs as well. For one Roq vodka we have a few different flavors and the goal is to sell the company in a all cash acquisition deal in the next 24 months. Minimum investment if someone wants to invest in One Roq is $5000 but we are working on launching another equity crowdfunding offering through the US SEC with a lower minimum investment of $200 as we have done for the other 3 rounds.
