The war in #ukraine has shown how important it is to keep stocks of high tech weapons. These things take years to build. The problem is that there aren't enough engineers and technical professionals to speed up their manufacturing.
Maybe not in Europe, but I think there are too many such high-tech weapons in the USA.
Countries like the USA never act on probabilities. If there is an enemy, there is an enemy...
The US has probably already burned 20% of its HIMARS stock. And confirmed 30% of Javelins, 30% of stingers. If only EU was supplying weapons, half of UA would be part of RU by now. Of course on the other size, RU has used up around 25% of its equivalent weapons.
