I don’t have the Logo on that website anymore. So, it might be your browser temp data that saves the logo and takes it out of the Temporary Internet Data Folder instead of downloading it again.
That can happen, if the actual logo File was uploaded with the same name again.
You know “Logo.png” instead of calling it “New_Logo.png” or whatever else. You can flush you temp data saves generally, beyond a certain time or manually for a website. Instructions for that Task are abundantly available online.
