That mirrors my opinion as well
It makes all sense. The user was spamming with stolen memes on alter account @marviman
It seems that he thought that he can create alter account to farm on with his votes.
@chrisrice Please stop accusing Hivewatchers and getting involved in the cases once again without having any knowledge of what happened.

I could find out that it's a nearly four year old consensus that not original MEMEs are suppost to be posted with declined rewards.
