When it comes to mind control or being powered by the entity, it's not thesame for everyone. Some are more controlled than others, or better still some are fully controlled while others are partially controlled.. The reason for this is that the take over of human body by the entity is gradual until there is a full takeover.
In a partial takeover, the human has both good and bad side, he still retains part of his humanity, empathy, love, understanding, life, etc, until he becomes fully controlled and possess the personality of a psychopath, or what some call a soulless being. At this point, the entity is fully in charge of the body.
To reverse or delay the full takeover, the human has to be feed with light (which is good or holy information/word), and has to obey or believe in it. It's because of such information that the whole world is not fully captured by the entity. But if it succeeds in fully capturing the world, it becomes a really dry world full of wickedness. The characteristics of such world are these: thin atmosphere, dry lands, little to zero vegetation, etc.
It's important to note that all it takes for the entity to start taking control of the human is the violation of holy laws. The laws are the shield that protect human world and body from take over by the entity.
