Posted via D.BuzzHello, @mehmetfix. Yes, it is the flower of the banana plant, it is known as banana blossom, where I live they call it macolla. It should be noted that in some areas of Asia they prepare dishes with it.
Yes, I know they cook with banana leaves. I've never cooked with a banana leaf before. One day, if I find a banana leaf somewhere, I would definitely like to try it. 😀
