Basically yes. No you can get it more than once. You just an unlucky tard and so am I. Played it 20 times, got 2 cards, bit have exactly the same sentiments!! I got one of each, I wanted more to sell, but eventually I was like forget about it!

LOL if I didn't luck out and find both cards I would have been doing the same. I actually found them both in my first 6 tries. And then I went and did 14 more missions on very bad pizza days. I was so optimistic I will find a load and sell. But man, not worth it! I keep thinking let me try one more time then I stop myself. I will not greed get the better of me lol
You are clearly much smarter than me. I have now attempted it 32 times and only lucked out once. I think I only kept going so long because I had it in my head that I wanted to at least get two of the cards. haha
