Does it help because you gain skill? I never really did the lessons because it seemed like you didn't get much more XP and you got 0 Starbits for doing them. That's why I was sticking to lessons. I am doing a few lessons here and there now, though.
100%. So the trick is to collect cards of the same instrument. You'll notice that those lessons types will give you more skills then. The more you have the better skills reward you receive. The more luck an instrument has the more it contributes as well. Plus you get 120 xp per lesson. So really helpful when you trying to level up. And of course the more skills you ego gets balanced.
Think about it this way. The more your ego goes up the less starbits you get per mission. So you actually waisting more time and energy to get less. Invest in some music lessons so you can see the magic happen.
