友達が遊びに来ていて、色々と料理を習っている。ポーチエッグと言う、英国風温泉たまごの作り方を伝授してもらった。作るコツをバッチし教えてもらったから、今度また自分でも作ってみたい。それと、ベークトビーンズも作り方を教えてもらってる。英国人にとっては日本人の味噌汁のようにこだわりのあるこの料理、マスターして自分でも作れるようになりたいなぁ 😊✌️ #01152025 #osaka #cooking
