This is very logical. I hope you can stop smoking as soon as possible. Even if it's hard at first, don't give up.

Don't blame yourself if you messed up though.
I don't smoke & I don't seem to have any destructive habits from the outside, but I believe the invisible stuff are the most dangerous: No one tells you "stop."

The best way to keep up is not to think or talk about it.
To just do it, I prefer to start first time in the morning and wake up while giving my best effort.
At the end, I can be exhausted and in pain, but with more energy and flexibility for the rest of the day. #actifit #hive
