The age old saying "Health is Wealth" stands even stronger especially today.

Most of the 90's Kids(Including me), have literally grown up with adulterated food fed to us. Chemically grown chickens, anti-biotic fed meat and pesticide sprayed fruits and vegetables have graced our dinner table.

Junk and fast food's are whole other group of contaminations. Mc Donald's, Burger King and KFC on the rise, with their cheap and delicious products, who wouldn't want savor it for the rest of their life's.

The advertisement of such fast-food chains target is to show a happy friendly family time with your loved ones. Especially targeting the kids.

These fast food chains hire the best psychologist and marketer's to enter your brains through advertisements and offers.

Beware of these traps.

The whole food industry is a scam. It's there to manipulate our health and in turn our genes and to make money.

Veganism, which took traction over the last few years, with their no-meat, no diary healthy lifestyle.

Lot of celebrities embraced veganism with open arms with testimonials attracting huge amounts of followers.

The truth is, now veganism has become commercial, is entering into a huge monopoly.

It's now producing lab grown meats, of which the after effects are unknown.

What do humans have to do to stay healthy anymore?. The fruits, vegetables and meats in the market are all adulterated. The alternatives are also altered.

What do we do? Buy lands and start farming on our own. Can all humans afford that, is it even feasible.

The term "Organic", has become a brand now, like "Gucci" and "Armani". It is a luxury commodity. The prices of which only elites can afford.

It's even harder to survive these days, with altered meals, climate change and global warming substracting years of our longevity.

To end I would like to say that eat healthy as much as possible and keep your environment neat and green.

It's the least we can do to survive.
