In this article the author uses the phrase "her city"; this is deceptive at best. She clearly belongs to the city. They own her and her property, it controls where she can live, can and will seize her property, all under the threat of police violence.

Why they don't allow mobile homes to spread in a country? Can it be dangerous? There must be a reason... I wonder what details this story has left out.
