We ate some homemade pork fried rice for lunch today. No picture. It was gobbled up too fast for a photo. Making this kind of meal is new to us, but we are enjoying trying out new ingredients with each version. Last time it was chicken fried rice with mixed vegetables and egg. I think the fun thing about making fried rice is that you can add whatever you have in your kitchen at the time. Each meal is tasty.
