These don't look like Arabic words, but I believe its teaching how the letters are combined with each other here. (We don't do it this way in Libya, but I've seen something like this before.)
Muhamad Hanan as a name makes me smile, since Hanan is a feminine word in Arabic, usually used for girls names in Arab countries. (I think I said that to you before?)
