If google committed to decentralization of "magic APIs" or a "decentralized protocol that wasn't linked to any company, It would help tackle the problems that we are seeing online.

    One of Google's first investors was #DHARPA, the innovation arm of the US Military.

    • So if Google announced the creation of a decentralized platform, it's safe to assume it would only be decentralized in name only.

        Well, Jack of Twitter already announced his version of #HIVE, and a long time ago.

        • It's called BlueSky and IMO is centralized, just like the other things Jack does.
