I was sitting for about 3 hours straight doing my work and then i did suddenly stand up and do the stretching, my joints and bones i guess sounded cracked a little and it feels unbelievably great. Stretching after being still for a long time is highly recommended, LOL

I know this info and yet I still forget to stretch... I do stand and walk when I get tired of sitting. Thank God!
