I haven't yet. I just found out last night that that's hwo they process V4V payments.
It'd be cool to have a getAlby for Hive that uses @v4vapp to forward payments that require a Lightning Payment. Maybe @brianoflondon can add that to his list potential future upgrades. :)
@brianoflondon has already done all the hard work, it would be up to the front ends to use is infrustruture
They could add something like this

As for Alby, if the front ends want they can set it up too by adding this script
