OMG finally they are talking about it. I like the courtesy comment when you downvote. It should be a requirement when downvoting, i reckon. At least the Owner of the Post will know what to do or not to do next time.

    It is sad to hear people trying to make hive grow getting disheartened because of downvotes. They probably thinking they doing all these works and community will kick them in the guts because they posted a revision of a document. (Raping the reward pool).
