0.5 = very bullish
0.75 = bullish
1.0 = bearish

Expect volatility. Wait for the dust to settle. Don't make risky moves on turbulent conditions.

Probably they will. But if they slow down or keep the raise in the 0.75 it might be a sign of a change or some sense of stability. Markets tend to price that in quickly.
