Chia pudding is my favorite afternoon snack

Add brushed coconut, freshly cut mangoes and strawberries, plus some blackberries and enjoy

Looks really healthy and yummy. In these cold winter days it will be also good for me :D But I think I will wait for summer since I really like the fresh fruits :)

It is very healthy
I do the pudding with Almond milk, which I do myself.
For a liter of milk add 1 cup of chia seeds, 1 table spoon of maple syrup and 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence
Mix well and leave on the fridge overnight
Enjoy ☺️
