Twitter and Hive
Jack Dorsey is building Blue Sky, which may shake out to be another Steemit-like site with a large founder stake controlled by the company. Would be relatively easy for Musk to head that off by integrating Hive into Twitter before Blue Sky gets off the ground.

That's true.. but aren't the two of them working together?
I read something about them being in talks together over the last year.

Yeah. Dorsey kept his stake invested in Twitter, and has expressed public support. It's hard to know whether that's just a hedge against a potential Blue Sky failure or if he intends to merge the two using Musk's help.
