There are advantages for tipping bots to avoid or minimize commenting for every tip attempt (whether successful or failed), and the most valuable of them are the conservation of Resource Credits and the reduction of automated comments which some people don't like. 🤓

For every transaction you make on your Hive account that involves inserting something (like, anything such as posting, commenting, voting, posting custom JSON) on the Hive blockchain, some Resource Credits (RC) are taken from your account. 🤓 Transactions which occupy a larger space on the blockchain normally require more RC. 😏

When your RC is less than what is required to perform your intended action on the blockchain, you won't be able to do so until you either wait for your Resource Credits to regenerate over time (20% per day) or Power Up Hive. 🤓
