I have no way of determining the exact earnings of users posting on noise.cash (unless I join them). Looking at the first 30 posts on their website, I could only see $0.00 rewards.

Because you earn money from the free tips the website gives you (If you register you should get one in the next 10minutes). Then you give this tip to a post you liked and you keep a share.
It doesn't come from the other users (I had one of my post tipped once that's all)
