A good suggestion is to let the users determine which comments should be collapsed (especially those automated comments from bots) and which comments should always be shown to the user for frontends (such as #Ecency and #PeakD) which implement that feature. π€ Those comments should be collapsed by default (to let the users quickly know that such feature exists), but should be changeable by the user anytime. π
Anyway, the HUG bot has resumed fulfilling HUG tipping commands again, but most of its comments are You are out of hugs for today
. π
@savvytester, sorry!
You are out of hugs for today.
You can call the HUG bot a maximum of 3 per day.
The current call limits are:
Yes, I really like that idea! I think that how comments are displayed should be user defined. The present behavior makes some things a bit less easy for me, which I do not enjoy.
Yes, interestingly the HUG and !BEER bots both started working again on the same day. I'm curious as to why. πππβ¨π€
Anyway, we should remember that app developers (especially those focused on the user experience part) should not agree to every single feature suggestion, no matter how good each of them is, to avoid making the app too complex. π€
!BEER
Well, yes, complexity in an app tends to make maintenance and long-term development a nightmare. Modular simplicity, where each easily-maintained part, fits into a whole that is based on clear and consistent standards. This makes adding, maintaining, and developing features a bit easier. πππβ¨π€

Anyway, it seems that @savvyplayer wants me to avoid commenting too much under the original post about Hive tipping tokens so that the comments section won't have more than 700 comments soon enough. π
Have some !PIZZA with !WINE (both of which don't leave new comments on the comments section)! π
Hrmmm...well, while I understand the reason, adding new token info in the comments seems rather important. This does make me think that doing each update as a separate post might work better.
Thankie muchly! π π π β¨ π€

!SLOTH
I've been trying to convince @savvyplayer to publish a new post about Hive tipping tokens, especially because we already know that a lot needs to be updated on the post. π€ Not to mention that the comments section keeps on growing (with already 691 comments before this one). π€―π
Have some !PIZZA (which won't leave a new comment on this comments section)! π
Yep, publishing a new post or posts does seem to be the way to go! I support that idea! The comments and replies are a bit out of control of say...lol!
Thanks much again! π π π β¨ π€
