Reading the comments on Hive proposals, Hive users generally say that there should be a working Hive dapp first, and only when people are already using the dapp is the time that the team who develops and hosts the dapp should launch a Hive proposal (for shouldering the ongoing hosting expenses, future improvements for the dapp, and optionally for the salaries of the team). 🤔🤓😏
