Have you ever been stuck in your head to the point you have a million ideas, a million plans, but have been stuck there in your head that opportunity to do them seems to pass you by? I seem to be stuck there a lot! I have let some of the best people go in my life because i simply can't pull myself from myself, whether it's simply speaking up or opening a door.i have watched countless things just disappear from my life. I am not frozen by fear, no iam frozen by the next thought, the what if , the next move. I am then frozen by the lost opportunity ,and the Vicious cycle repeats it's self...i dont know that i have ever been in the moment!
