One issue I had, that many people might also have, was considering the amenities that particular subdivisions had, thinking it would make a house purchase there a better decision. In the end, it turns out I don't use amenities, and either stay home or focus on more basic things🙂

Because most of us are materialistic and even we dont know about that. Me personaly I am not that much interested to spend time at home coz than i will not have nothing to remember if i became old. Better spend that money for traveling :) so there will be memories :)
This is a great point. My wife and I always sit on our front porch and enjoy the moment. It's my favorite part of the day.
