Yeah today I am fasting to detox, and get all that acid out of me. But it is my first time so it's just one day. The only thing that I ate was breakfast. My papa said that a one day fast is when you eat breakfast and then no food till the next morning.

I prefer intermittent fasting for autophagy. I usually eat at 7 o'clock at night and eat at 1 o'clock the next day. So I would be hungry for a total of 18 hours. They think this is enough for autophagy. !PGM
