Woah? Why is it dry? Didn't they experience even once a rain?

a great question, thx actually it has rained over my country. but there are some street and streams that lead to the river in multiple places that were not built accordingly to keep it alive. The official working parties are doing it on purpose; because they want to dry it out

Posted via D.Buzzas you can see from the image. the water level is very low. same river, different governance. I have made research studying this river and the causes of its drainage. but it's in Arabic! I am sorry! https://ipfs.io/ipfs/bafybeihcuexsypqysnvik4pudlv2k7wvm3xdgu34nngqgx2ytx7nhorbki
