Yes, I do keep memorabilia of my exes. sometimes it's great to have things that remind you with the good moments that you have lived as well as the hard moments that broke you and made you stronger
yes exactly. I truly believe that focusing on "bad memories" is what makes us feel hurt and become in a bad shape. therefore we need to focus and keep remembering good moments with our former romantic relationships.
that would make us feel good, for a while at least.
