When I moved from Spring (which did not lock the bootloader on their phones, to Cricket (rides on AT&T) which does lock the bootloader in their photos, I lost the ability to root my phones. That's why I'm running stock Android, not because I like it. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I wonder when you can run (free and) open-source Android ROMs again. 🤔🤓

Me too! To do so I'd need to buy a good phone with an unlocked bootloader that is compatible with the Cricket/AT&T network. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I need to read phone a good phone a few more times to understand what you meant. 🤯

Anyway, looks like you find it hard to be (more) off-grid, especially with the electronics and the telecommunications part. 🤯😅

Oh the curse of typos! Corrected!

I prefer a solid balance between nature and select technology. I do far too much online and with various technologies to have any desire to live as a luddite. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Hope that your freedom with interacting with nature also applies to your freedom to use your electronics (without any artificial restriction)! 🤗😅

Hehe...it works pretty well, given the conditions. Nope, there are no, or few, restrictions on me using my technology the way that I want or need. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Looks like a non-rooted phone already allows to most, or all, of what you want or need in technology. 🤔😎
