It was enlightening to observe Newsom literally dancing in joy when he mentioned the real estate investors clamoring for opportunities to purchase smoldering ruins while being interviewed. The motivations and planning that has been undertaken covertly by actors managing public purses and the services that are the purpose of those purses is revealed by subconscious actions as that interview revealed.
