    No gaz fee, you're learning by making contract on Sandbox but it's Loom network testnet, and you'll never have to pay any fee.
    There are lots of lessons, they also launched course about binance chain systèm and the last one is about Libra écosystem.
    You'd really get there precious learning ressources with multilanguages and interactive tutorial making it easy and fun ;)
