Abandoned houses and forms of life.

Hello everyone dear friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing an oil painting on canvas again. The subject is one of my favorites because it represents a group of abandoned houses under a cloudy sky.

I tried to give the landscape a fairytale atmosphere through thick clouds of color and at the same time bright. The buildings I painted them blurred but with warm colors to contrast those of the sky.

Case abbandonate e forme di vita.

Ciao a tutti cari amici e ben tornati sul mio blog. Oggi torno a condividere un quadro ad olio su tela. Il soggetto è tra i miei preferiti perchè rappresenta un gruppo di case abbandonate sotto un cielo nuvoloso. Ho cercato di dare al paesaggio un atmosfera fiabesca attraverso grosse nuvole dense di colore e al tempo stesso luminose. Gli edifici li ho dipinti sfocati ma con colori caldi per contrastare quelli del cielo.

Spero che il mio dipinto vi piaccia e vi mando un abbraccio nuvoloso.

Intenso. Le case e, in generale, gli edifici abbandonati catturano sempre la mia attenzione. In qualche modo raccontano molte più storie di quelle che, forse, hanno realmente "vissuto" e la fantasia vola.^_^

Very Beautiful. I love old abandoned buildings and remember exploring many old houses as a kid. You can see videos of old abandoned buildings on yourube. I bet this could tell a lot of stories. Enjoyed.
