Light on the sea
Hello all dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I return to share a romantic painting depicting seascape at sunset that is part of the series dedicated to the sea in my upcoming exhibition. I started with the idea of creating a scene where the sun could take center stage through a series of warm colors alternating with the cold cerulean of the sea. The scene is completely invented fruit of dozens of seascape sunsets I have been lucky enough to see, both because I love the sea, but also because of my passion for fishing.
I initially wet the paper quite a bit to have effects of blurring and blending the colors of the sky.

Luce sul mare - acquarelli su carta
Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Oggi torno a condividere un dipinto romantico che raffigura il paesaggio marino al tramonto e che è parte della serie dedicata al mare della mia prossima esposizione. Sono partito dall'idea di realizzare uno scenario dove il sole potesse diventare protagonista attraverso una serie di colori caldi alternati al freddo ceruleo del mare. La scena è completamente inventata frutto di decine di tramonti sul mare che ho avuto la fortuna di vedere, sia perchè amo il mare, ma anche per la mia passione per la pesca.
Il foglio inizialmente l'ho bagnato parecchio per avere effetti di sfumature e fusioni dei colori del cielo.
