Revenge of the sea - oil on canvas
Hello everyone dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. After three days I return to share a new painting, it is a very large oil on canvas that I have been working on for two months.
A very long research work that led me to make a surrealist seascape where the environment takes over the so-called civilization.
From the creative process you can see how an oil on canvas evolves during the process. It all started from my crazy starting idea, which was to highlight a whirlwind of marine forces stirring the landscape.

In the various steps of making it, I distorted the original reds with blues, leaving some purplish parts and the background lines of the buildings and skyscrapers.
Lastly, I painted a huge fish that creates havoc and splashes among the boats being tossed around in the air.
The revenge of the sea, a monstrous symbol in the face of the fish mocking the works of man.

La rivincita del mare - olio su tela
Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Dopo tre giorni torno a condividere un nuovo dipinto, si tratta di un olio su tela molto grande che ho lavorato per due mesi. Un lavoro di ricerca molto lungo che mi ha portato a realizzare un paesaggio marino surrealista dove l'ambiente prende il sopravvento sulla cosiddetta civiltà. Dal processo creativo potete capire come si evolve un olio su tela durante il procedimento di lavorazione. Il tutto parte dalla mia folle idea di partenza, cioè quella di evidenziare un turbinio di forze marine che agitassero il paesaggio. Nei vari steps di realizzazione ho stravolto i rossi originali con i blu, lasciando alcune parti violacee e le linee di fondo dei palazzi e dei grattacieli. Per ultimo ho dipinto un enorme pesce che crea scompiglio e spruzzi tra le barche che vengono sbalzate in aria. La rivincita del mare, un simbolo mostruoso nella faccia del pesce che si prende gioco delle opere dell'uomo.

In South and Western Cape it was almost a disaster. Waves was as high as 6 to 8 meters. Love your painting
