Summer lights - watercolor on paper

Hello all dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing my latest watercolor work depicting a summer composition of fruits. I started with the idea of depicting lemons and pomegranates for the simple reason that with their yellow and red colors they enhance each other and with the green lights of the leaves they take on a festive tone.

So I started from an imagined drawing, knowing that with colors I would enrich it quite a bit.

I left the right lights on the fruit, to enhance them later with the blue and violet shadows.

Luci d'estate - acquarello su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e ben tornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido il mio ultimo lavoro ad acquarello che raffigura una composizione estiva di frutti. Sono partito dall'idea di raffigurare dei limoni e dei melograni per il semplice motivo che con i loro colori gialli e rossi si esaltano tra loro e con le luci verdi delle foglie assumono un tono festoso.

Così sono partito da un disegno immaginato, sapendo che con i colori lo avrei arricchito parecchio.

Ho lasciato le giuste luci sulla frutta, per esaltarle dopo con le ombre azzurre e violette.

Spero che la mia composizione vi piaccia, vi mando un abbraccio fruttato.
