Waiting for fishing times.

Hello everyone dear friends and welcome back to my blog. After the previous days' excursions with my discovery-it friends, today I am going back to share a watercolor work.
The subject represents fisherman's nets on a quay of a port. Big piles of nets wait to be put to work, like human beings waiting for a job.

I wanted to give the painting a slight melancholy accentuated by the water of the puddle. For the occasion I used not too bright colors and big blue shadows.

Aspettando tempi di pesca.

Ciao a tutti cari amici e ben tornati sul mio blog. Dopo le escursioni dei giorni precedenti con i miei amici di discovery-it oggi torno a condividere un lavoro ad acquarello. Il soggetto rappresenta delle reti da pescatore su una banchina di un porto. Grandi mucchi di reti aspettano di essere messe al lavoro, come esseri umani in attesa di una mansione lavorativa. Ho voluto dare al dipinto una leggera malinconia accentuata dall'acqua della pozzanghera. Per l'occasione ho usato colori non troppo accesi e grandi ombre blu.

Spero che il mio acquarello vi piaccia, vi mando un abbraccio dal porto.
