Good day #hivers!! Today I will write something about my favourite wine …the red wine! This is my favourite topic though there’s so much more about the benefits of drinking #moderately red wine 🍷!
You would be glad to know that resveratrol helps keep a check on your weight. The chemical compound piceatannol converted from resveratrol reduces the fat cells in our body. According to the researchers, piceatannol fastens the insulin receptors of fat cells which blocks the pathways required for immature fat cells to grow.
That’s why I am fan of red wine …because I want to become slim again!
Remember also that red wine typically pairs well with red meat because red wine has higher tannins. So, they're a good complement to all kind of red meat !

Ecco perché sono una fan del vino rosso…perché voglio tornare magra!
Ricorda anche che il vino rosso in genere si abbina bene con la carne rossa perché il vino rosso ha tannini più elevati. Quindi, sono un buon complemento per tutti i tipi di carne

Uno dei migliori che ho provato qui nel mio paese è il Rosso Conero però della Cantina Velenosi.

You should also try piemontese red wine 🥰! There’s so much selection in here.. and one of my favourite is Barolo especially when I’m eating a tenderloin fasone !! Cheers 🥂
I always go for red wine.
Piemontese is great, also I like a lot Nero Dávola and primitivo.
Will add Barolo at my list for sure. Maybe I already tasted but can't remember. The name is familiar.
