I wonder how many people actually take these supplements. I'm finding a lot of numbers thrown around, but nothing official looking. Since it seems to be something of a blackmarket item, I suppose official numbers will be hard to get.

I mean, I can buy it easily on Amazon and other places, but I was under the impression most metals do not dissolve and take a while for the body to process it out, so consuming large amounts would lead to a large buildup.
Until I got into stacking silver, I didn't know it had antimicrobial properties, but then I started noticing it's in lots of topical ointments.
