Right before sleeping if I find myself thinking too much about a certain thing or idea, it's only going to escalate so I try to not think or at least change the idea, think about something else of lesser means otherwise there's a big chance my sleep will be delayed. Sometimes I found myself in bed still not sleeping even after 2-3 hours but still thinking, that can't be good. 😁
Yeah, I have been there before too. I used to take melatonin to try and combat that, but I haven't done that in quite some time now. The struggle is real for sure!
