For a while now I have wanted to be organized and this time I am doing my best to achieve it and stop procrastinating.

I started to make a weekly planning of activities. At first I started doing it manually in a notebook and now I am learning to use Google task, because I spend enough time with screens and I want to see if I can take advantage of these applications.

My former boss was a tough one with agendas and when we would do video calls and I would see her shared screen I would notice many tabs, among them was calendar, tasks, documents, etc. Her ability to keep track of all the activities, keep track and know where she kept everything was admirable.

Desde hace un tiempo he querido ser organizada y ésta vez estoy haciendo lo posible para lograrlo y dejar de procrastinar.

Comencé a hacer una planificación semanal de actividades. Al principio la empecé a hacerla manual en una libreta y ahora estoy aprendiendo a usar el Google task, pues paso suficiente tiempo con pantallas y quiero ver si puedo sacarle provecho a éstas aplicaciones.

Mi antigua jefa era una dura llevando agendas y cuando hacíamos videollamadas y veía su pantalla compartida notaba muchas pestañas, entre ellas estaba calendario, tareas, documentos, etc. Era admirable su capacidad para llevar a cabo todas las actividades, hacer seguimiento y saber dónde tenía todo.

Espero aprender a usar bien éstas apps y aumentar mi productividad.
