Good morning everyone, today I would like to share with you my personal experience in using pineapple as a phytotherapeutic remedy.

Pineapple is a perennial herbaceous plant that can withstand temperatures of up to 10 °C. The maximum concentration of active ingredients in the fruit is obtained around August.
Toxicity is low but bromelain can cause allergic contact reactions and can interact with some antibiotics (tetracyclines).
Do not take Ananas comosus supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding, always consult a doctor before taking phytotherapeutic preparations based on this plant.
Thanks to bromelain, pineapple extract has anti-inflammatory, diuretic, carminative and digestive properties, furthermore the fruits can be consumed in numerous ways and are a perfect food in any season.
PREPARATIONS
Juice: prepared with the fruit, for its beneficial functions.
NOTES
Bromelain (pineapple), papain (papaya) and ficin (ficus) are all proteolytic enzymes.

L'ananas è una pianta erbacea perenne che resiste a temperature fino a 10 °C. La concentrazione massima di principi attivi nel frutto si ottiene verso il mese di agosto.
