Biringan city is just near us..people claimed unbelievable stories that only happens in tales, but I don't believe them, unless I explore the place and see the truth. Haha..gonna explore that place someday pag uwi ko

Biringan is in Samar and it's region 8...or are you referring to another one? All I know is there is only 1 Biringan in the Phil 😂
