This was a busy Saturday and I had to spend a lot of my time fulfilling some work obligations and also dealing with some home commitments. So by the end of the afternoon I was feeling a bit tired and wanted to relax by going through my recent photo archives.... I ended up choosing some photos which I took using my old Tokina 100mm fixed lens which has excellent sharpness and registers details and textures of things in an impressive way. But after editing the pictures I felt the urge to do something more. And so I ended up spending several hours sitting in front of my PC giving free rein to my creativity by transforming these photographs using brushes and filters available in Photoshop. This is a kind of work which I do for the simple pleasure of relaxing for a time and seeing how an image can change after "playing" with it for a while... I liked the result enough to end up creating some kind of "diptychs" and share them with you here on #Hive. So I invite you to continue ahead in this publication and appreciate these photographs together with their versions transformed by me...
Este fue un sábado complicado y tuve que invertir gran parte de mi tiempo en cumplir con algunas obligaciones de trabajo y también encargarme de algunos coimpro9misos hogareños. Así que al final de la tarde me encontraba un poco cansado y quise relajarme revisando mis archivos de fotografía recientes... Terminé escogiendo unas cuantas fotos las cuales hice usando mi viejo lente fijo Tokina 100mm el cual tiene una nitidez excelsa y registra detalles y texturas de las cosas en forma impresionante. Pero después de editar las fotografía sentí el impulso de hacer algo más. Y así fue como terminé pasando varias horas sentado en frente de mi PC dando rienda suelta a mi creatividad transformando estas fotografías usando brochas y filtros disponibles en Photoshop. Este es un tupo de trabajo el cual hago por el simple placer de relajarme un rato y ver como puede una imagen cambiar después de "jugar" durante un rato con ella... El resultado me gustó lo suficiente como para terminar creando una especie de "dípticos" y compartir estos con ustedes aquí en #Hive. Así que los invito a continuar adelante en esta publicación y apreciar fotografías junto con sus versiones transformadas por mi...

And of course I had to give them titles!... That was part of the fun in doing this! 🤣... As you could see, the digital transformation works I did on the photos are relatively light and in most cases maintain the essence of the original photo.... I'm not a Photoshop expert, so I did all this using the liquefy brushes, pinwheel filters, waves, zig-zag and oil painting texture simulation... I really had a very nice time doing this work and I'm glad to share it with you...
¡Y por supuesto que tenía que ponerles títulos!... ¡Eso fue parte de la diversión al hacer esto! 🤣... Como pudieron observar, los trabajos de transformación digital que hice sobre las fotos son relativamente ligeros y en la mayoría de los casos mantienen la esencia de la foto original... No soy un experto en Photoshop, así que todo esto lo hice usando las brochas de licuado, los filtros de molinetes, ondas, zig-zag y simulación de textura de pintura al oleo... De verdad pasé un rato muy agradable haciendo este trabajo y me alegra compartirlo con ustedes...

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.
NOTA TÉCNICA ADICIONAL: Fotografias capturadas con mi cámara DSLR Nikon D7000 en formato RAW, procesadas posteriormente en Adobe Camera RAW para ajustes relativos a luz, afilado, contraste y profundidad... Luego fueron exportadas a formato JGP sobre el cual se llevaron a cabo modificaciones menores como enderezado y agregado de marcas de agua usando PhotoScape 3.6.3.
