I managed to install OpenHAB version 5.0, on the same raspberry where version 4.3 is running, using Docker.
The requirements for OpenHAB 5.0 are Java 21 and a 64-bit operating system.
Using Docker there is no need to update Java 17, while nothing can be done if the operating system is not 64-bit. You need to reinstall.
Luckily, during my last migration, I decided to try OpenHAB 64-bit and so my system is already ready.
Warning: OpenHAB 5 is released on the SNAPSHOT branch; it is therefore considered an unstable version and should only be used for testing.

Sono riuscito ad installare la versione 5.0 di OpenHAB, nello stesso raspberry in cui sta girando la versione 4.3, utilizzando Docker.
Utilizzando Docker non c'è la necessità di aggiornare Java 17, mentre nulla si può fare se il sistema operativo non è a 64 bit. E' necessario reinstallare.
Fortunatamente, durante la mia ultima migrazione, ho deciso di provare OpenHAB a 64 bit e quindi il mio sistema è già pronto.
Attenzione: OpenHAB 5 è rilasciata sul branch SNAPSHOT; è quindi una versione considerata instabile e che deve essere utilizzata solo per test.
I requisiti di OpenHAB 5.0 sono #Java 21 ed un sistema operativo a 64 bit.
