It took a while to get the desired shots as the oil doesn't always perform as expected. and above all the effect I was looking for was to polarize it towards the larger bubbles

It's the beauty of abstraction and everyone will see something different, that's the magic of this kind of photo. I thought of scenes from the film Alien. Hahaha... It's just that before I saw your post I saw a photo of a mushroom that also reminded me of that.

Ah, it's from oil, I think that is a structure of microorganism. Oil it is, I am suspecting a soap bubbles at first, before I conclude it is a microorganism. Just find out it's an oil. Thank you for sharing this beautiful master piece.
