Nice looking burgers. Truffle fries are just fries drizzled with bullshit truffle infused oil. It’s trendy now so many places do it. Real truffle shaved on fries though would be amazing. And very expensive

I remember that Anthony Bourdain used to say that the one ingredient he despised the most was truffle oil.
I can see why. It’s made with sub standard truffle and white truffles not the expensive black truffles.
